Pre-Orders

For J. Haute Couture Boutique & Marie’s Babi Couture & Children’s Boutique 

Please be sure to review picture of pre-ordered items attached to the invoice to confirm your item being ordered. Please note that REFUNDS are not allowed & ONLY EXCHANGES are welcome of items that are already in store. 

Remember pre-orders can take up to 7 to 20 days at most to arrive. Please keep in mind some orders may experience a delay but orders do not exceed beyond 25 days if a delay should occur.

Once J. Haute Couture Boutique is in receipt of payment Item will be preordered.

• You will be notified via either email, text message, facebook messenger or a call once your order has been dispatched via USPS which will contain your USPS Tracking Number. Please keep in mind that it may take USPS up to 24 business hours to provide tracking updates.
