Return Policy & Procedures
If you are not fully satisfied with your merchandise please send it back within 10 days of delivery date for a store credit or exchange. Please be sure to contact the store within the designated time frame to inform them of the return as well.
Store credit can be immediately used when issued. Please allow up 5 to 7 business days for your return to be processed. The actual refund can take between 3-5 business thereafter.
All returns must be odor free, unworn, not laundered, free from any stains (makeup, deodorant, body fluids or wear), be in original packaging and have the original tags attached.
Sezzle Installment Purchases: If your item is eligible for a refund, once the refund is processed, Sezzle will discontinue debiting funds from your account if their is an active balance. For items that are only eligible for a store credit, a store credit for the amount of the item will be issued; Sezzle will continue to debit the funds from your account until your Sezzle balance is paid in full.
Mailing Tip: We recommend using USPS flat rate shipping service for the best price and turn around delivery time. Return shipping fees are your responsibility. Keep your tracking number stored. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of delivery, J. Haute Couture Boutique will not be able to fulfill your return.
Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are NOT refundable. We do NOT provide return shipping labels.
Final Sale Items
Merchandise marked Final Sale cannot be returned. Additionally, bodysuits and jewelry, are all final sale and are not eligible for returns.

If an item is returned after 30 days that is shipped to us, you have 30 days to pay an invoice or cash app (with the owners approval) for return shipment fees. In the case that these fees are not paid your item(s) will be deemed as abandoned and will be discarded immediately.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
J. Haute Couture Boutique reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or cancel customers orders made on www.JHauteCouture.com at any time due to:
- Irregular or excessive returns that indicate "wardrobing"
- Irregular or excessive returns history involving, worn, washed, dry cleaned, spot cleaned, altered, damaged, missing items.
- Potential criminal or fraudulent activities.
