Shipping Transit Times:

 

FREE Domestic Shipping on orders $100 & over*     2-5 Business Days   
Standard Domestic Shipping ** 2-5 Business Days
Express Domestic Shipping** 1-2 Business Days
International Shipping ** 7-14 Business Days

 

*Orders subtotal must be  $100 + after all discounts or coupons have been applied to qualify for free shipping.

**All orders placed before 11am ET will be shipped same day (no deliveries on weekends and holidays). Orders placed after hours or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day. Please do allow for 1 to 2 days processing time before items are shipped.

To guarantee that your package is correctly delivered and you obtain your order within the time frame advertised above, please make sure your address, phone number and email are fully entered and correct. We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the price of your item( s) minus the shipping charge.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Saturday. 

 Shipping fees are non-refundable for any returned or refused packages. 

We ship to all APO/FPO addresses using USPS

If your tracking information indicates your order as delivered and you have not received it please make a claim with USPS/UPS. J. Haute Couture Boutique is not responsible for packages that tracking states it has been delivered by carrier.

If your order contains multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will ship the remainder of your items and refund you for the item(s) not available.

 

International Shipping

Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. J. Haute Couture Boutique cannot predict what your particular duties, taxes, cutoffs fees may be. J. Haute Couture Boutique is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.

 

 Delayed Shipping

Once shipped in the least likely event that your package is delayed. Please contact the shipping carrier. J. Haute Couture is not responsible for delayed packages. 

 Reserved Shipping Rights

J. Haute Couture reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or cancel customers orders made on www.Jhautecouture.com at any time due to:

  1. Irregular or excessive returns that indicate "wardrobing"
  2. Irregular or excessive returns history involving, worn, washed, dry cleaned, spot cleaned, altered, damaged, missing items.
  3. Potential criminal or fraudulent activities.
